Marxist Students at London Metropolitan University (LMU) have been working hard to gain a recognised society at the University. This is a task we have recently fulfilled!
We are very excited about this as it allows us to develop the work in North London, and at LMU. We can now host theoretical events inside the University, discussing topics like philosophy, economics, past and present revolutions as well as much more!
We can now also bring outside speakers into the University for free, meaning that we can have high level discussions with experts on the topics!
What all this really represents is the opportunity to expose larger amounts of students to the ideas of Marxism.
We are committed to utilising this opportunity ourselves and to building this Society, entrenching it as an institution for the building of revolutionary forces in the UK for future years to come!
